I was kind of just browsing Venus.com one evening and ended up adding a couple of tops and a swimsuit to my cart, like you do when you tell yourself you’re “just looking.” The site was easy enough to get around, and the filters actually helped instead of making things more confusing. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated.
I’m always a little nervous ordering clothes online because sizing can be all over the place, but everything was mostly true to size for me. The package showed up sooner than I thought it would, and it was packed nicely, so that was a nice surprise.

One of the items did look a little different in person than it did on the site, but not enough to bother me, and it was still cute so I kept it. After all that, I was happy with the order and would probably shop there again

I got what I ordered and everything seemed right, so I felt good about that. It did show up a little late, which was kind of annoying, but overall I’m still happy with it.

I was pleasantly surprised by these clothes. The material feels really nice, and the stitching seems solid overall. I’ve washed them twice already and they still look pretty much new. Maybe a tiny loose thread here or there, but nothing that bothers me. I’m happy with them...

I ordered two dresses from Venus and was a bit nervous about how they’d fit, but both ended up being true to size for me. I’m usually a medium, and I didn’t have to deal with any exchanges, which was a relief. The waist and length matched the size chart well too. Overall, I’m happy with the dresses, but I do feel like a small credit or coupon for a future order would be a nice gesture

I placed my order and, yeah, I wasn’t really expecting it that fast… but it showed up in like two days. Happy with that.

They did get back to me eventually, but I had to follow up with another message first. My gut feeling is that they weren’t ignoring me on purpose, but the response time could definitely be better

They have some really cute styles, but the selection isn’t huge. It’s hard to describe, but I just felt like there were a few nice options rather than a ton to choose from

I had to send one dress back because the fit wasn’t quite right, but the whole return process was really easy!! The label was simple to get, and my refund showed up in about a week. No hassle at all, which I really appreciated.

I got a dress from venus.com and the fit was good on me, no real complaints there. But the fabric was thinner then I thought it would be, and in a few spots it kinda had that cheaper feel to it.
I still wore it for a few hours and it was comfortable enough, just not super soft or anything. I might buy from them again if theres a good sale, but I’d be a little picky next time

The prices were good, so I didn’t expect anything super fancy. But the stuff was decent and did the job, so I’d say it was worth it

I have been buying clothes from Venus for over 20 years. Recently their quality has gone down. I bought a sweater dress, after wearing it twice the right sleeve completely unraveled from the dress. I called Venus and all I got was it’s not our policy to accept responsibility for poor quality, this must be your fault. This dress was $50! BUYER BEWARE! They quality is in the toilet and they don’t care.
